Update on that tech issue
I'm replying to myself today: I've resolved my frustrating tech issue.
Since zkbro emailed me last to say he was looking forward to an update, I feel compelled to provide an update.
In short, my new routine worked! The 10 minute timer proved to be the trick. As I pulled into the office parking lot, my Spotify playlist blasting "Crooked Teeth" by Death Cab For Cutie was not interrupted.
By the time I finished parking, changed my shoes, retrieved my keyboard & mouse from my locker, and turned on my laptop, I checked my phone to see that my WiFi was indeed turned off.
That was Thursday; Monday morning I had the same result (although I was listening to a podcast this time).
I'm a happy nerd.
