Site rules and style guide

In reading kepano's outline of how he uses Obsidian, I noted his rules regarding use of tags. Specifically:

Always pluralize categories and tags. ... I always pluralize tags so I never have to wonder what to name new tags.

I just created a tags page and I know from memory that I have several duplicates. There is project and projects, probably many others. So my first task after setting these rules / style guide for the blog is a tag clean-up.

Rules

1. Anything tagged as meta should automatically have make_discoverable set to false
2. Tags are to be pluralized
3. Headings: # or H1 for titles (to be used on pages only); ## or H2 for headings; ### or H3 for subheadings
   3a. #### or H4 to be used sparingly
4. Post & page titles in sentence case
5. Disclose any use of AI / LLM assistance.
