One Sentence Per Line
I read yesterday about writing one sentence per line.1 It seemed mostly to be in relation to writing blog posts or websites. This author in particular writes his pages in html, so in my view it makes sense to write that way.
I thought I would try it out though. So far it feels kind of foreign. I suppose it's just something that takes getting used to.
I tried it out in my journal, but I didn't like it. However, it seems like it would be a good tool for free writing. At the moment it feels very gimmicky and I don't know if I'll continue with it.
The distinction is that it's about writing one sentence per line, but not publishing that way. That's why this post is split up into paragraphs.↩
