"There's too much noise" is the complaint from my team with regard to the new open office environment. I sit here across from them as they have a 20+ minute conversation with a sales rep about random stuff. I guess they're fine with people talking while others are working, as long as they're the ones talking. I find it so hard to handle my team's complaints sometimes. Well, now I have some ammo the next time they complain about not being able to concentrate because of people talking around them.
